Lauren Anderson is a luxury brand consultant and connector, who has two decades of experience in the luxury fashion and beauty industries.
Starting her career at NET-A-PORTER, in the early years of initial profitability in 2007, she spent nearly 12 years at the brand carving her way from Personal Shopping in London, to moving to New York and heading up a new VIP Client Relations department where she led and defined the strategy for the top tier clients (known as EIPs), maximising engagement, loyalty, and sales. This role took her all around the US regularly, establishing very strong relationships with the EIPs, growing key markets, and building teams on the ground in key cities to maintain grow relationships and revenue.
As Director of Business Development at Moda Operandi, she oversaw new UHNW client acquisition strategies, B2B partnerships, delivering strategic programs to drive growth of the Private Client business, as well as executing key brand events and off-line touch points for both loyal top tier and high potential clients.
At Dr. Barbara Sturm as VP of Client Experience, she headed up the VIC strategy and launched the Sturm Privé program to drive loyalty and acquisition of top tier clients.
As recently VP of Brand at Cultured Magazine, Lauren consulted across key areas of the business, with a focus on audience development.

In Oct 2023, Lauren started her own consultancy, working with luxury brands to provide a bespoke service to support growth and retention of top tier clients, improve VIC experience across all touch points and drive sustainable VIC growth, whilst leveraging her own personal global networks and contacts across markets and industries to support initiatives, events and talent referrals.
